All prices are excluding MVA. The package is set from your voucher volume and number of employees, and it is agreed in writing before the first month starts.

Prices are indicative and valid from 1 January 2026. Your final quote is confirmed in writing after the first conversation. Accounting software licences are invoiced at cost.
What is and is not included
Because hourly billing punishes you for asking questions and rewards us for being slow. A fixed fee means you can call whenever something comes up, and we carry the risk of our own efficiency. If the volume changes materially, we adjust the fee — with notice and an explanation, never retroactively.
Software licences (invoiced at cost), year-end work if you are on the Start or Growth package, audit fees, advisory assignments beyond ordinary questions, and clean-up of historical periods that were not kept by us. All of it is quoted before we begin.
We set the fee on the annual volume and invoice the same amount every month, so your cost is predictable through a seasonal business. We review the actual volume once a year.
Three months' notice from either side, and no start-up fee for the transfer. We do ask for a 12-month commitment only when AS registration is included free of charge.
