Complete year-end file
Financial statements, notes, specifications and reconciliations in one signed PDF package.
Årsregnskap, notes, the board's annual report and the corporate tax return — prepared, quality-checked and filed in Altinn well before 31 May and 31 July.
For an AS the year-end is a fixed sequence: the accounts are closed, the tax return (skattemelding for næringsdrivende) is filed by 31 May, the general meeting adopts the accounts, and the annual accounts are submitted to the Register of Company Accounts by 31 July. Miss the last one and the enforcement fine starts running automatically.
We run that sequence for you. You approve, sign digitally, and receive a complete year-end file: financial statements, notes, tax computation, reconciliations and the board documents you need for the general meeting and for the bank.
Financial statements, notes, specifications and reconciliations in one signed PDF package.
A plain-language summary of what is payable, when, and what drove the result.
Ready to sign digitally — including the dividend resolution if you take one.
Receipts from Altinn for every submission, stored in your client folder.
A fixed sequence, the same for every client, so nothing depends on someone remembering it.
Price: Årsregnskap for a small AS from NOK 8 900 including the tax return and filing. The exact price depends on the number of transactions, whether the books were kept by us, and whether the company is subject to audit.
We look at the year while it can still be influenced — bonuses, purchases, dividends, provisions.
All periods reconciled, closing entries booked, open questions cleared with you.
You get the draft with notes and the tax computation, and we walk through it together.
Tax return filed, general meeting held, annual accounts submitted and confirmed.
The corporate tax return is due 31 May. The general meeting must be held within six months of the financial year-end, and the adopted annual accounts must reach the Register of Company Accounts by 31 July. Late submission triggers an enforcement fine (forsinkelsesgebyr) that increases the longer it runs.
Yes. We take the ledger as it stands, run our own reconciliation, and tell you clearly what we could not verify. Around a third of our year-end clients keep their day-to-day bookkeeping in-house.
Annual accounts filed with Regnskapsregisteret are public in Norway. The board's annual report is only mandatory for larger entities, but the accounts themselves are available to anyone — which is exactly why they should read well.
We calculate the distributable equity, test it against the Companies Act requirement for prudent equity and liquidity, prepare the general meeting resolution, and report the dividend correctly. We also compare it with salary so the total tax is not higher than it needs to be.
Day-to-day regnskap, salary runs with A-melding and VAT returns filed on time in Altinn.
