Who we are
Founded in 2011, still owner-run
Nordvik Regnskap AS was founded in Oslo in 2011 by two accountants who had spent a decade in larger firms and were tired of a model where the client only heard from their accountant when the invoice arrived.
Today we are 18 people across Oslo and Bergen, serving more than 240 companies from one-person consultancies to groups with 50 employees. We are still owned by the people who work here, which is why we can turn down assignments we are not the right firm for.
We are an authorised accounting firm and a member of Regnskap Norge. Our advisers hold Norwegian accounting and auditing qualifications, and several have a background in industry — as CFOs and controllers — rather than purely in practice.

If our report needs an accountant to interpret it, we have not finished the job.
Tell the client early
Bad news does not improve with age. If something looks wrong, you hear it that week.
Inside the rules
We plan tax actively and legally. We do not build structures whose only purpose is to hide something.

State-authorised public accountant. Responsible for annual accounts, tax returns and the interface with our partner audit firm.
Lise Aarnes
Head of payroll
Payroll and A-melding for more than 1 400 payslips a month, across construction, hospitality and transport.
Tomas Berge
Head of analytics
Builds the reporting packs and dashboards. Former CFO of a mid-sized logistics group.
